The Music Room is a soundproof creative space equipped with an array of instruments, sound production & recording equipment. It offers facilities suitable for both beginners & music professionals.

The Music Room equipment has been donated by the community or provided by grants for general use.

When hiring the Music Room, the room and the equipment are included in the fixed price. This includes the hourly rate at different user levels, as well as a band session rate after 5.30 pm.

Want to run a music workshop, program or training? Not sure how to pull it together or who to get involved? The Hub team are able to support in a number of ways.

Ongoing hire

Want to hire the Hub on a regular basis – for a week, a term or an annual block? Talk to the Hub team about ongoing room hire, as well as support to promote your class or group.


Youth use

The Music Room is available for free for use by Bellingen Shire youth during drop-in hours. This can be for practice, playing, jamming or even karaoke. It can also be reserved for use such as band rehearsals, jams, composition, lessons and gradings. However bookings are essential.
