Upside Down is Lara Freemans vision for fitness facilitation with a youth focus. It’s a blend of Circus, Yoga and wellness.
Lara has over 15 years experience as a community Circus Coach, Performer, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Lara prides herself on a creating a child safe, fun, challenging program which improves balance, strength, agility, coordination, focus and self regulation for young people.
