Upside Down fitness is returning to the youth hub!

Lara has been a community circus coach for the past 20 years but has been delving into the world of yoga the past few years and will be hosting a tween yoga class starting on the 9th February. 4.00-5.15pm

The course will be a mix of fun games and activities, breath work , asanas, mindfulness and relaxation, exploring a new theme each week.

Lara is passionate about sharing the tools for kids to use throughout everyday life to help stay calm, identify triggers for anxiety or depression and enable better health.

Creative kids vouchers accepted.
