“Calling all Mumma bears. 

 Come and take some time out for yourself and practice the ultimate self care; Self compassion.

Being a mother is the most beautiful and the most challenging thing we do and it is imperative to our well-being, and the well-being of our children that we take time out to to fill our cups.

 Come join us every Thursday morning during the school term for a moment of stillness and relaxation where we can learn to heal the negative self talk and doubt whilst connecting with a community of other mums on the same journey.
